Design Finalization - When we have an approved design concept, we develop comprehensive final drawings. These include detailed floor plans, elevations, material selections, and furniture plans. This stage transforms the conceptual designs into actionable plans, ready for implementation.
Project Management & Purchasing - We manage the entire implementation process, coordinating timelines and addressing any challenges. Our project managers ensure that builders stick strictly to the design plan. We also handle purchasing, ensuring that all materials and furnishings meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
Interior Visualization - We offer detailed studies surrounding every element, from floor coverings to ceiling applications. This includes wall designs and mobile furniture concepts. Our 3D renderings and technical drawings provide a comprehensive view of the space. Using 3D scanning, BIM modelling, and photorealistic rendering, we create clear representations that help with accurate implementation.
Implementation and Follow-Up - The final phase involves implementing the design and conducting follow-up visits to ensure everything is executed to perfection. We coordinate with contractors and artisans, ensuring the highest standards are met. Post-completion, we provide support to address any adjustments or additional needs.
